HOW TO MAKE TEA MASALA?
Ingredients:
Cinnamon – 5 (1 inch )
Green cardamom pods – 15
Black peppercorns – 15
Ground ginger – 4 tsp
Whole cloves – 15

Method:
Dry grind all the masala ingredients to a fine powder. Let it cool completely then sieve. Store in an airtight container. Use 1/4 tsp of powder for 1 cup of tea.
