Microwave Coffee Cake

Microwave coffee cake

Preparation Time : 2 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Serves : 1

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3 tblspn
Sugar – 4 tblspn
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 2 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder – 1/2 tsp or increase as your liking
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Oil  or Melted Butter – 1 tblspn + for greasing mug
Milk or Water -5 tblspn
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Chocolate Chips – 3 tblspn ( Milk or Dark as you wish)

Method:

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Grease a microwave safe mug, grease it well with oil.

Pour the batter in and pop it in microwave and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Mine got done in 1.5 mins.

Remove it from oven, let it cool a bit, serve with a scoop of icecream or as it is.

You can mix the batter in the mug itself, but i mixed in a bowl so you can see clearly

Take flour, cocoa and sugar in a bowl
Add in coffee powder
and some baking soda
mix well
make a well in the center
add in oil
milk
and some vanilla
mix well
add in some chocolate chips
mix well
take a coffee mug
I love this one
grease it with some oil
pour the batter in
pop it in microwave
cook for 2 mins, actually mine got done in 1 min and 30 sec, so keep a close eye on it
remove it and let it cool a little
enjoy
so moist and so fluffy
